This position is based in Dallas. **The Opportunity** * Lead design of site development, utilities, roadway, drainage and other key elements for a wide variety of data center projects in Texas and throughout North America. * Lead site due diligence and master planning projects for regional and global hyperscale clients. * Lead a team of civil engineers, supporting disciplines and subconsultants to oversee design document production. * Work with the local agencies to understand their land use and permit processes. * Coordinate with associated disciplines including SMEP, architecture and landscape architecture, geotechnical engineering, transportation planning, urban planning, environmental engineering, and cost engineering. * Perform construction phase engineering support and site supervision. * Participate i...
