Perpetual is looking for an experienced, motivated, and hands\-on Assistant General Manager to join our fast\-paced recreational cannabis dispensary in Pittsfield, Massachusetts. We are looking for a strong leader who understands cannabis retail, knows how to lead a team, and can help ensure that our dispensary operates safely, efficiently, compliantly, and with an exceptional customer experience. The Assistant General Manager will work closely with the General Manager and will help oversee the day\-to\-day operations of the dispensary, including staff leadership, scheduling, compliance, cash handling, reporting, inventory operations, and customer service.
