Midwest Health is looking for a Clinical Support RN serves as a primary clinical responder and escalation resource, providing real\-time guidance, clinical decision\-making, and care coordination to assist communities and provide support as needed. This person will work with the Executive Directors and RCCs (Resident Care Coordinator) to do the following: * Perform real\-time guidance as part of quality assurance and respond to incoming calls and alerts * Manage and document complex clinical situations (falls, change in condition, behaviors) * Advise on appropriate level of care and recommend for resident interventions * Communicate with physicians, families, and staff * Document interactions in EMR or other software * Review, assess, educate, and provide guidance on senital events and participate in the QAPI program **This person have a compact/multistate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license.** We offer: * Competitive salaries * Benefits, including medical, dental, vision and other voluntary insurance products * A scholarship program * PTO * Employee friendly environment Apply today to join our team!
