**RETAIL DISTRICT MANAGER** =========================== **Division:** Retail Operations **Reports To:** Director of Retail Operations **Classification:** Exempt, Full\-Time **Supervises:** Store Managers **Position Summary** -------------------- The Retail District Manager is a high\-impact, multi\-unit operational leader responsible for driving the performance, productivity, profitability, and people strategy of multiple assigned retail locations. This role is ideal for an experienced leader who thrives in **fast\-paced, high\-volume environments where speed, production, inventory flow, labor productivity, customer experience, and strong execution are critical to success**. The District Manager provides direct leadership to Store Managers and is accountable for ensuring each location consistently achieves financial goals, production benchmarks, sales targets, operational standards, and workforce expectations.
