As Structural Design Engineer, you will support design and analysis of structure model of a composite wind turbine blade with accountability \& ownership for assigned responsibilities through fundamental understanding of FEA methods \& processes. In this role, you will utilize your experience to independently execute FEA activities during different phase of product design by providing clear and timely results. Further, you are expected to develop self\-expertise on design and analysis methods \& processes for smooth task execution. **Job Description** =================== **Roles and Responsibilities** * Own composite structure design \& analysis for NPI blade and develop design solutions that are competitive in performance, cost, and quality. * Partner closely with Lead Structural Engineer to deliver FEA results within stringent timeline from predesign phase to implementation in factory. * Perform FEA analysis of composite structure concepts using ABAQUS, PATRAN \& In\-house tools. * Highlight critical design risks for failure modes related to 3D FE evaluation and suggest mitigation plan. * Ensure documentation of FEA results on final design to ensure fulfilment of all certificatio...
