**Regional Director of Therapy Operations** * ***Nebraska: Lincoln \-or\- Omaha*** We at Cottonwood Healthcare are growing \& looking for a dynamic leader to join our team to assist us with the management \& operations of our in\-house therapy departments. You will play a vital role in helping our therapy teams with day\-to\-day operations \& clinical programming. **Duties:** \- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to oversee day to day operations for in\-house therapy services. \- Oversee regional therapy clinical programing and operations. \- Therapy staff management, recruiting, and retention. \- Maintain, educate, and ensure local \& federal compliance guidelines. \- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records in compliance with regulatory standards. \- Communicate effectively with interdisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated care \& operations oversite. **Qualifications:** \- Valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist, Occupational Therapist, Speech Therapist, Physical Therapist Assistant, or Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant. \- Proficiency in medical terminology, anatomy knowledge,...
