As a Regional Operations Manager for Digital Integrations Solutions, you will play a critical leadership role in driving the success and growth of our business. You will be responsible for delivering operational excellence, accelerating profitable growth, enhancing customer satisfaction, and ensuring safe, high\-quality project execution. You'll focus on developing talent, improving utilization and project performance, and deliver consistent business results across the Southeast region. This is a hybrid role with 25% anticipated travel. The expected annual salary range for this role is $130000 \- $190000 a year. This position is also eligible for a variable incentive program.
