Description: **Job Summary:** The Filter Specialist will clean and maintain pool filters at client’s homes and associated facilities for the company. ***Supervisory Responsibilities:*** * None. ***Duties/Responsibilities:*** * Cleans and maintains pool filters for clients and associated facilities for the company. * Manually cleans pool filters at client’s homes based on assigned cleaning schedule. * Cleaning may involve backwashing, dismantling and deep cleaning of filters. * Completes and maintains daily logs per branch requirements. * Resolves client or customer problems. * Performs other related duties as assigned. Requirements: ***Required Skills/Abilities:*** * Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills. * Extensive understanding of swimming pool filters. * Mechanical and manual labor skills related to aquatic facilities and equipment. * Math skills to calculate chemical additives and ratios. * Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software to maintain logs and records. ***Education and Experience:*** * High school diploma or equivalent required. * One year of related experience required. ***Physical Requirements:*** * Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds...
