This role partners with operations, sales, HR, and other market and function leaders to drive strong safety practices and culture through proactive risk mitigation, regulatory compliance, and continuous improvement. Serving as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, the Safety and Security Manager oversees injury and incident prevention, incident response and investigations, OSHA \& DOT compliance, training, and emergency preparedness across warehouse, delivery, sales, and merchandising functions.
