**Description:** Derecktor is seeking two full\-time, on\-site Project Managers based to be based out of our Fort Pierce and Dania Beach locations. The Project Manager is responsible for overseeing the coordination and execution of yacht and vessel repair and refit projects from start to finish. This includes developing and managing schedules, ensuring projects stay on track, coordinating logistics, and maintaining clear communication across internal teams, subcontractors, and clients. This role plays a key part in aligning shipyard activities and resources to deliver projects in a cost\-effective and efficient manner, while maintaining timelines and minimizing disruption to other ongoing operations.
