**Date:** Sep 24, 2026 **Location:** Renton, WA, US, 98055 **Company:** PACCAR The position is responsible for general accounting activities to ensure timely and accurate financial transactions, analysis and reports, focusing on capital expenditure and fixed asset processes. The position will report to the General Accounting Supervisor. **Job Functions / Responsibilities** ------------------------------------ * Manage Capital Expenditure process working closely with the Division Capital Budget Manager. * Communicate across business departments to ensure proper recording of monthly capital expenditures. * Ensure accuracy of the Fixed Asset subledger (including additions packet and setup), using SAP and PACCAR Capital Budget Status Report (CBSR) systems. * Coordinate with PDCs for timely Fixed Assets disposals and Asset tagging. * Perform monthly reconciliations and analysis for Home Office (lntercompany) and Fixed Assets transactions, including Assets Under Construction. * Prepare assigned monthly journal entries on a timely basis and in accordance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP). * Respond to and submit monthly and quarterly reports to Corporate Accounting. * D...
