**Summary**: This engineer will be instrumental in identifying areas to maximize our impact. The development and improvement of internal SOP’s and Best Practices along with increased regulatory compliance measures require this next level of involvement and attention. Examples include: * Standardization with the other Divisions in Gas Operations * Operations Excellence (PSMS) rollout, training, and support * Small project review, support, \& management * PHMSA compliance measures * HCA \& Class location encroachment committee * DOT annual reporting support * Engineering Standard reviews * SOP compliance reviews * GIS, Engineering and As\-built record support * Gas and Liquid pipeline integrity support * Pipeline permitting process **Essential Duties and Responsibilities:** * Implement entire project cycle for small field generated plant improvement projects including scope, design, development, material procurement, construction and project completion. * Communicate with company operations personnel and contractors for small project implementation. * Implement entire project cycle for medium sized commercial expansion projects including scope, design, development, material procureme...
