**Compensation \& Benefits** * Base salary: $85,000–$110,000 annually, based on experience. * Performance bonus: Up to $20,000 annually, based on achievement of established operational, financial, and practice growth goals. * Total potential annual compensation: $105,000–$130,000\. * Benefits include health insurance, paid time off, retirement plan, and other applicable benefits. An established and growing nephrology practice in Memphis is seeking an experienced Practice Administrator to lead the business side of the organization, including operations, financial performance, staff leadership, practice growth and referral development. This is not simply an office\-management position. We are looking for a proactive, financially minded leader who thinks like an owner, solves problems independently and takes responsibility for results. Physician ownership will provide strategic direction and remain involved in major decisions.
