**Job Summary** For over 20 years, Five Inc's founders have pioneered fabric graphic solutions for the trade show, event, and retail markets. We're looking for an organized, detail\-driven Project Manager to ensure jobs are entered accurately, files are prepared correctly, and schedules stay on track from order acknowledgement through delivery. **Duties** * Ensure jobs are entered accurately and completely before they move to production. * Prepare files and resolve art issues using Adobe Creative Suite as needed. * Serve as the liaison between the assigned account manager and production. * Communicate with clients on order adjustments such as pricing, quantity, size or artwork. * Provide clients with order acknowledgements detailing cost, quantity, and material at the start of each job. * Address scheduling issues and consult with production to resolve them as they arise. * Keep clear, accurate notes for all departments. **Qualifications** Required Qualifications * Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) \*Required\* * Ability to organize large projects and set project milestones. * Stong problem\-solving skills and the ability to meet deadlines. * Abi...
