Description: Trancy Logistics America, a leading provider of international forwarding and warehouse management services, is seeking an Operations Manager at its Marysville Distribution Center. **Supervisory:** * Responsible for management leadership and guidance over the Company’s operations in Marysville, OH. Activities include establishing policies, setting goals and handling day\-to\-day management activities, interfacing with customers, etc. * Responsible for customer satisfaction with all on\-site projects. Works with customer staff and supervisory team to ensure all customer concerns are addressed. * Responsible for operational improvement projects to meet annual performance targets set by the customer and internally. * Directs investigation of service failures (delivery and safety) to determine root cause and appropriate countermeasures. * Supervises monthly invoicing process to ensure all charges are invoiced accurately and on\-schedule.
