**Senior Accountant** **JOB SUMMARY** The Senior Accountant is responsible for the integrity of the organization’s financial records and the effective execution of core accounting processes. This position serves as the primary owner of day\-to\-day accounting operations, including the general ledger, monthly close, account reconciliations, accounts receivable, and related accounting activities. The Senior Accountant is expected to proactively identify and resolve accounting issues, maintain strong internal controls, and ensure financial information is complete, accurate, and timely. This position partners closely with the Senior Director of Finance to support financial reporting, budgeting, audit activities, analysis, and continuous improvement of financial operations. **DUTIES \& RESPONSIBILITIES** * Manage the general ledger and prepare/review journal entries, account reconciliations, and other accounting activities to ensure accurate financial records. * Lead the monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes, ensuring timely completion, accuracy, and resolution of accounting issues. * Oversee accounts receivable activities, including invoicing, cash application, collections, re...
