Marquette Alger Resolution Service is seeking an inspiring, energetic, innovative proven leader with a demonstrated passion for mediation and Restorative Practices. They will have a deep appreciation and commitment to helping those in our community work through difficult situations and guide them on a path to productive dispute resolution. The Executive Director must have experience with board management, fiscal oversight, program development and management, fund raising, grant writing, governmental grants and contracts including reporting and data collection. Applicant must have interest in helping our community through the services we provide in mediation, facilitation, and Restorative Justice.
