The therapist also participates in varied Rehabilitation Services department activities designed to enhance patient care and programs. Other duties as assigned. (U) **EDUCATION DESCRIPTION:** Bachelors, Masters, or Doctorate degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program is required. **LICENSURE DESCRIPTION:**Wisconsin state license as a Physical Therapist is required.
