In this role, reporting directly to the Site Manager, you’ll be the vital link between our team and the customer, ensuring smooth operations at our customer’s site. Your ability to respond with urgency, maintain effective communication, and manage technical aspects of the job will be essential to your success. **Here’s how you’ll make an impact:** * **Install and Optimize Tools:** Set up new tools and adjust existing ones for maximum performance. * **Troubleshoot and Repair Tools:** Diagnose, repair, and maintain Atlas Copco tools and equipment to ensure continued operation and performance. * **Perform Maintenance \& Calibrations:** Carry out preventative maintenance and ensure tools are calibrated and operating at peak efficiency. * **Communicate Effectively:** Build and maintain strong relationships with the customer, addressing their needs with professionalism and responsiveness.
