We are looking for a dynamic, outgoing individual who has extensive management experience running fast\-pace restaurants to help the owners run and expand the operation beyond just the daily duties. While being personable with all customers during table visits, also making sure to uphold our high standards of delivering a consistent experience across all shifts. As a Bacon Street Diner General Manager, you will be working hand\-in\-hand directly with the owners and other team leaders implementing budgets, conducting interviews, onboarding new hires, training and supervising fellow team members as well as most importantly ensuring the needs of all guests are consistently exceeded...
