**Overview** The District Manager leads and supports Store Managers and their teams to drive sales, improve performance, and deliver excellent customer service under the leadership of the Regional Vice President of Store Operations. This role is responsible for overseeing store operations, ensuring company standards are met, and coaching and developing associates for future leadership opportunities.
