**Job Summary** We are seeking a motivated and detail\-oriented Junior Project Accounting Associate to join our dynamic finance team. In this role, you will support project\-based financial activities, ensuring accurate recording and reporting of project costs, revenues, and budgets. Your contributions will help drive the success of our projects by maintaining precise financial data, assisting with account reconciliations, and supporting compliance with accounting standards . **Key Responsibilities** * Project set up and maintenance (rate table, budgets, contract management) * Ensure all invoices are recorded properly and timely to the correct projects, cost reports, and phase codes * Process AP vouchers * Assist with AR collection * Create accurate and timely project reporting * Investigate and resolve any discrepancies or issues * Cost Analysis and Cost control (ownership and initiative for work performed) **Required Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in accounting * 0\-2 years of experience in an accounting centric role * Knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) * Strong analytical skills and problem solving * Have good to great organizational skills * Prof...
