The General Manager directs, coordinates, and implements the activities of their venue. Must maintain the company's assets, ensure quality customer service and safety compliance, and incorporate company HR guidelines. Pay Range: $56\- $70k/year **Responsibilities:** * Review financial statements, sales or other performance data to measure productivity and goal achievement or to identify areas needing improvement. * Prepare staff work schedules and assign specific duties. * Implement departmental policies, goals, objectives, or procedures according to direction. * Hire and train Excellence.
