**Description** --------------- This specialist\-level position plays a key role in daily operational decision\-making and serves as a primary point of contact for the public. In this role, you will perform technical front\-counter duties and support the processing of permit applications for review by Building Inspection, Engineering, and Planning and Zoning. You will conduct initial reviews of submittals for completeness, ensure proper processing, and respond to routine technical questions.
