**Stoughton Health has an excellent opportunity for a Registered Nurse to join our ICU team in a Weekender position.** The registered nurse position is responsible for providing professional nursing care to patients in assigned units. The RN maintains accountability for their own practice and delegates/provides direction to other nursing personnel in the unit in accordance with their level of experience and expertise. **Essential Functions:** * Ability to perform essential functions of a Registered Nurse including assessment, diagnosis, outcomes, planning, and evaluation * Effectively enhances the quality and effectiveness of nursing practices * Maintains knowledge and competency that reflects current nursing practices * Interacts with and contributes to the professional development of peers and colleagues * Collaborates with patient, family, and others in the conduct of nursing practice * Integrates research findings into clinical practice **Position Requirements:** * Required: Associate’s Degree in Nursing * Required: Graduate of an accredited school of Registered Nursing * Preferred: Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing * Currently licensed by the Board of Licensing and Regulation in th...
