A Manager is responsible for the overall site operation with emphasis on customer service, staffing, equipment and site maintenance, sales and wash volume, quality, and performance. **Job Duties:*** Fulfill and promote the company’s mission and values (represented by the WASH acronym). * Responsible for overall site operation in its entirety. * Strive to surpass customer expectations. * Recruiting, hiring, developing, and maintaining a team of people that will deliver a clean vehicle to customers in a safe, fast, and friendly manner. * Train and coach the wash team frequently to emulate company safety, customer relations, wash procedures and to comply with all company policies. * Monitor employee behavior and counsel as necessary. * Develop the weekly schedule for all employees. * Determine disciplinary measures and terminate team members when necessary. * Obtain, review and send all new hire documentation to HR department in a timely manner. * Resolve customer concerns, complaints, and damage claims. * Maintain incident reports for all accidents reported at the store and follow up on incidents to resolution. * Create Purchase orders for all customer repairs and send to accounting ...
