**About the Role** The Finger Lakes Boating Museum (FLBM) is seeking a Museum Communications \& Media Specialist to lead digital communications, content development and audience engagement for the Museum. This position is responsible for translating FLBM’s collections, exhibitions, programs and mission into compelling digital content that builds awareness, increases Museum visitation, strengthens community connections and supports membership and fundraising efforts. Working across social media, email marketing, website content, search engine optimization and digital campaigns, the Communications \& Media Specialist will combine strong storytelling with hands\-on execution and data\-informed decision\-making.
