**Position Description** ------------------------ This Civil Service position assists in leading the Population Health Bureau people and programs committed to protecting, improving and sustaining the health and wellbeing of all people in Nashville and Davidson County. The Population Health Bureau consists of six divisions housing the department’s community facing programs and services including Behavioral Health and Wellness; Prevention and Wellness; Maternal, Child and Adolescent Health; Health Access; Nutrition Services (WIC), and CHANT\-Children’s Special Services b. The ideal candidate will have experience supervising large teams, complex programs and multiple funding streams.
