Job Summary We are seeking an experienced **Medical Assistant** to join an outpatient healthcare team in Chicago. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working with both **adult and pediatric patients** and providing clinical and administrative support to the care team. Responsibilities * Room and prepare patients for examinations * Obtain and record vital signs, height, weight, pulse oximetry, and vision testing * Review and document patient history, medications, and allergies * Assist with procedures such as Pap smears and nebulizer treatments * Perform injections/immunizations and specimen collection * Conduct blood glucose and pregnancy testing * Remove sutures and administer TB tests * Handle pharmacy calls, refill requests, and follow\-up calls * Label and process laboratory specimens * Assist with general clinical and administrative office duties Requirements * **2\+ years of Medical Assistant experience preferred** * Medical Assistant certification required * **BLS certification required** * Experience with **both adult and pediatric patients** * Must be **bilingual in English and Spanish** * Must be able to read, write, and speak English fluently * Candidates must be wil...
