About A Mother’s Love A Mother’s Love is a licensed residential program serving youth with developmental disabilities. We are committed to providing a safe, structured, supportive environment where each young person is treated with dignity and receives individualized care. We are seeking a dependable and capable Admin/ Program Manager to oversee the day\-to\-day operations of our residential program. About the Position This is a hands\-on leadership and administrative position. The Program Manager is responsible for making sure the home is operating smoothly, staff are supported and accountable, required documentation is completed, youth services are being carried out appropriately, and licensing and organizational requirements are consistently followed. This position is best suited for someone who is comfortable taking ownership of their responsibilities. The Program Manager should be able to assess what needs attention, prioritize responsibilities, solve routine operational problems, and follow tasks through to completion without needing frequent direction.
