This region’s communities are located in the state of Indiana and most feature Independent Care, Assisted Living, and Memory Care resident settings. This role will require a residency in Indiana and heavy travel throughout the region. As the **Regional Director of Operations (RDO)** , you will be responsible for the direct day\-to\-day oversight of the operation and management of a regional sector of Harmony Senior Living communities. The RDO will be responsible for assisting each community and Harmony with establishing sales and revenue goals for the communities in the portfolio, and providing strategies to achieve those goals.
