**Job Title:** Shipping \& Receiving Coordinator **Job Summary:** The Shipping \& Receiving Coordinator is responsible for managing the flow of goods in and out of the warehouse, ensuring accurate inventory levels and efficient shipping and receiving processes. This role plays a critical part in maintaining data integrity within the Warehouse Management System (WMS) and supporting overall operational efficiency. **Key Responsibilities:** * Ensure all orders are entered into the Warehouse Management System (WMS) prior to receipt on the shipping dock * Receive and accurately enter incoming inventory into WMS, including weight and dimension details * Troubleshoot and resolve order discrepancies within WMS * Audit shipping and receiving data against logs at the end of each shift to ensure accuracy * Maintain accurate shipping and receiving logs, including original signed Bills of Lading (BOL) * Prepare and finalize BOL documentation, including engine cards and loose sheets, prior to shipment pickup * Ensure proper sign\-out and documentation of all BOLs * Update LEIS/MESA systems to reflect shipment readiness and completion (RTS status) * Prioritize work orders based on RTS dates to su...
