**Job Summary** JAE Tech is seeking a detail\-oriented Materials/Logistics Coordinator to join our production team. In this full\-time role, you will be a key to keeping our manufacturing floor running smoothly by managing daily inventory control, handling shipping and receiving, supply purchases, and maintaing a steady flow of materials. **Duties** * Manage shipping \& receiving, inventory management, and materials stocking to ensure timely order fulfillment. * Oversee materials handling activities including manual handling procedures, forklift operations and warehouse operations to maintain safety standards. * Collaborate cross\-functionally with production planning, and management teams to align demand planning with inventory levels and production schedules. **Requirements** * Strong data analysis skills utilizing Excel spreadsheets and Sage software. * Hands\-on experience with warehouse distribution processes such as shipping \& receiving, stocking procedures, and manual handling techniques. * Excellent communication skills for effective commmunication with management * Certifications in forklift operation or logistics management are a plus; proficiency with Microsoft Office S...
