The Community Empowerment Specialist reports to the Director of Community Empowerment. Individual in this role will assists with all the duties related to the department, including, but not limited to community relations/partnerships (projects related to station partnerships with companies, governmental and non\-profit organizations, as well as community events), community content creator/producer (production of the local weekly community affairs program, as well as public service announcements and digital content) local FCC (Federal Communications Commission) compliance (maintaining the Online Public Inspection File, Issues/Programs lists, EEO Officer, Children’s Programming Report and Political File) and employee engagement efforts. **ABOUT YOU:** You are passionate about community outreach, engagement, and development and you are experienced in building relationships and coordinating event logistics. You can create content that is relevant to the Hispanic community.
