**Position Summary** The Sales Representative is responsible for developing and maintaining referral relationships that generate home infusion therapy referrals throughout the assigned territory. This position serves as the primary liaison between Vital Care and referral sources, including physicians, hospitals, case managers, discharge planners, specialty clinics, skilled nursing facilities, and other healthcare providers. The Sales Representative promotes Vital Care's infusion services, identifies new business opportunities, strengthens existing partnerships, and works collaboratively with clinical and operational teams to ensure exceptional patient care and customer satisfaction.
