This is a working project manager, not a senior construction executive or a purely administrative coordinator. The right person manages schedule, budget and subcontractors while personally tracking the intricate details that distinguish luxury residences, acreage properties and special projects.** Working closely with Envita’s internal licensed contractor, this person coordinates drawings, specifications, selections, purchasing, site details, trades and stakeholder decisions.
