**Job Summary:** The Management Consulting Senior Manager is responsible for planning, organizing and developing business for the HR consulting practice. This position is responsible for bringing in business, managing clients and supervising the consulting staff. The Management Consulting Senior Manager manages the full life cycle of human resources consulting engagements, leads local strategy development by having a “seat at the table” with the businesses in the market, and serves as the driving force and the beacon in HR consulting arena.
