D.LACQUANITI, a growing American luxury fashion house specializing in handcrafted Italian footwear and apparel, is hiring a hands\-on Warehouse, Inventory \& Logistics Manager. Inventory accuracy across our wholesale and online business is the core of this role. **KEY RESPONSIBILITIES** Inventory Management \- Maintain accurate inventory records across wholesale, online and retail. \- Conduct regular counts and reconciliations. \- Identify and resolve discrepancies quickly.Warehouse Management \- Oversee daily warehouse operations and keep the space clean and organized. \- Receive, inspect, organize and store incoming merchandise. \- Lift, move and organize heavy boxes and cartons. Shipping \& Logistics \- Prepare and process wholesale and direct\-to\-consumer orders. \- Coordinate domestic and international shipments through UPS, FedEx and DHL. \- Prepare customs paperwork and shipping documentation for Italian and European shipments. \- Communicate with our Italian production team, freight companies and shipping partners.
