### **Assignment Overview** * Shift: Nights, 3x12hrs * Hours: 36 hrs/wk * Start Date: Nov 16, 2026 * Length: 13 weeks * Openings: 1 ### **Description** American Traveler is hiring a Behavioral Health RN for a night shift position requiring 1\+ year of psychiatric experience and WV or compact RN licensure. ### **Details** * Behavioral Health/Psych unit caring for adult patients * 3x12 Night shift schedule, 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM, including weekdays and every other weekend * Patient ratios range from 1:15\-20 for Adults/Forensic units depending on unit, and 1:8 for Adolescent units * Uses Avatar EMR system * Travelers fill in for shifts not covered by regular staff; blocked schedule requests cannot be accommodated ### **Requirements** * Active WV or compact RN license required (pending license acceptable) * Minimum 1 year of RN experience required * Required certifications: BLS, CPI, and First Aid (CPI and First Aid may be obtained during orientation) * AHA certifications required * Experience caring for patients with anxiety disorders, bipolar disorder, depressive disorders, psychotic disorders, schizophrenia\-spectrum disorders, substance use, suicidal behavior, and trauma\-and stresso...
