**Job Description** **DEPARTMENT:** Finance **REPORTS TO:** Controller **CLASSIFICATION:** Exempt **About the role** Responsible for the following: analyze, compute and prepare financial data for journal entries, general ledgers along other related financial statements. **Responsibilities** * Conduct physical inventory. * Prepares general ledger entries. * Enter invoices into ERS System. * Responsible for the following Accounts Receivable functions: o Applying payments, monthly invoicing, reconciling customer accounts/inquiries * Create chargeback invoices as needed. * Notifies accountant about pricing differences. * Request aging reports from customers. * Assists with annual external audit and other special projects as required. * Performs other duties as assigned. **Essential Skills** * Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance or relevant business field required. * Four years related experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience. * Must be proficient in QAD, Microsoft Office, FAS Asset Accounting, Hyperion and Monarch. * Ability to prepare reports and business correspondence. * Strong aptitude for numbers, spreadsheets, and financial reports * Strong organizat...
