**A Day in Your Life at MKS:** As the Sr. Sourcing Manager, you will lead a team of Sourcing Specialists based in India responsible for executing Direct Material sourcing activities across MKS. You will oversee the broader sourcing portfolio, set priorities, allocate resources, and ensure the team is positioned to deliver cost, supply continuity, and business objectives. You’ll report to the Global NPI and Sourcing Director and work closely with Category Managers, Engineering, Quality, NPI, Procurement, Should\-Cost, Supplier Development, and other business stakeholders. While Sourcing Specialists lead and execute individual sourcing projects, you will orchestrate activities across the portfolio by aligning priorities and resources, providing sourcing and commercial guidance, removing roadblocks, facilitating cross\-functional alignment, and managing escalations when needed. You will bring strong sourcing experience, commercial judgment, and knowledge of complex manufacturing to guide the team and support fact\-based supplier decisions.
