We are looking for a **Director of Accounting w**ith a passion and interest in non\-profit accounting to join our team. This position oversees daily financial operations, leads the accounting team, manages budgets/forecasting, ensures compliance (GAAP/IFRS), prepares financial statements, coordinates audits, and develops internal controls, acting as a key link between accounting tasks and executive financial strategy to maintain accuracy and support business goals. ***Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:*** * **Financial Operations**: Directs workflow of the department. Manage daily operations and serve as backup to AP/AR, payroll, general ledger, reconciliations, cash flow, and month/year\-end closes. * **Reporting \& Analysis:** Prepare and analyze financial statements, reports, budgets, and forecasts, presenting findings to leadership.
