Caring Nurses Home Health is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse for a part\-time, primarily office\-based position. This is an excellent opportunity for a retired or semi\-retired RN who would like to remain involved in healthcare without returning to full\-time or bedside nursing. **Retired and semi\-retired nurses are strongly encouraged to apply.** **This is a team\-oriented position. You will not be expected to manage all staffing, HR, credentialing, and office responsibilities alone. The owner is actively involved in the business, and additional office/staffing support will be added as the company grows. We are looking for someone who enjoys being part of a small, growing team and helping us build strong office systems together.** Responsibilities ● Assist with daily caregiver and nurse staffing and scheduling ● Recruit and assist with onboarding RNs, LPNs, CNAs and HHAs ● Maintain caregiver personnel files and credentialing records ● Track licenses, background screenings, training and expiring credentials ● Follow up with caregivers regarding missing documentation ● Communicate with clients, caregivers and physician offices ● Assist with RN documentation and care coordin...
