The Accounting Manager reports to the Controller and is an integral member of the Finance and Accounting team. This position manages the organization's day\-to\-day accounting operations, including accounts receivable, accounts payable, general ledger activities, payroll\-related accounting, financial reporting, and compliance. The Accounting Manager ensures the accuracy and timeliness of accounting records and reports, identifies opportunities to improve processes and efficiencies, and provides day\-to\-day leadership, supervision, and support to accounting staff. The position works closely with SEE departments, projects, and funders and provides financial and accounting support to the Accounting Leadership Team. This is a remote position Monday through Thursday, with Friday in the office for A/P processing. The role requires working at least SEE’s core office hours of 8:00 a.m. PT to 4:30 p.m. PT.
