**Description** Job Overview: Serve as interim Market General Manager at assigned properties to provide management and leadership services and solutions. As a Market General Manager, you will be responsible for leading on\-site operations and effectively managing working relationships with all departments across the property to support company objectives. The Market General Manager will collaborate with Regional Directors to support established property goals. When not assigned to a property, this role will participate in start\-ups, recruiting initiatives, hospitality training, and other projects as assigned. Your Responsibilities: * Provide management and leadership to assigned property. * Manage the functions of a team within a property while maintaining standards of excellence for processes, methods, and personnel. * Act as liaison to ensure quality service is delivered, that Board expectations are met, and to assist in prompt response and resolution to questions/problems. * Maintain knowledge and understanding of the contract between the association and FirstService Residential.
