The Project Manager \- Clinical and Operational Innovation is responsible for managing complex projects that integrate data analytics, process improvement, and traditional project management. Reporting directly to the Manager of Program Management \& Analytics, this position ensures projects meet objectives, deliver measurable value, and support operational and strategic decision\-making across the organization. This role emphasizes on\-site presence to build and sustain strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders through in\-person engagement. This position is full time M\-F 8am to 4pm and hybrid. **Essential Responsibilities:** * Leads and manages multiple complex projects and project teams from original conception through final implementation. * Develops and maintains project plans, budgets, and schedules to ensure successful project execution and on\-time, on\-budget delivery. * Defines project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with leaders and stakeholders; tracks progress, and identifies/resolves issues related to the project. * Utilizes business intelligence and data analytics to gather insights, drive data\-backed decision\-making, and...
