**Make your mark for patients** We are looking for a **strategic**, **collaborative**, and **analytically minded** **Market Research \& Insights Lead** to shape insight generation and launch readiness for an investigational regenerative cell therapy in drug\-resistant mesial temporal lobe epilepsy (mTLE), based in our **Atlanta, GA** office. **About the role** You will define and prioritize critical business questions, select the right research and analytics approaches, and integrate primary research with claims, referral, real\-world evidence, and secondary data. You will translate complex and evolving clinical, patient, caregiver, and operational evidence into clear recommendations that strengthen regional and global decisions without overstating the evidence. **Who you’ll work with** You will be part of the Integrated Insights team and work across UCB with Commercial, Medical, Advanced Analytics, RWE, Market Access, Patient Engagement, Competitive Intelligence, Regulatory, Legal, Compliance and Safety colleagues.
