**Job Summary** JR Direct Wholesale (JRDW) is a rapidly growing electrical wholesale distributor specializing in residential new construction materials. We are seeking an experienced, highly motivated Outside Sales Representative to aggressively expand our customer base throughout Texas. Our primary objective is NEW BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT. We are looking for a proven sales professional who can open doors, establish relationships with key decision\-makers, and secure high\-volume accounts with electrical contractors and distributors. The ideal candidate already has established relationships within the electrical industry and understands residential construction supply needs. Key Responsibilities * Actively prospect and acquire new electrical contractors and distributors. * Build relationships with purchasing managers, owners, and decision\-makers. * Identify and secure high\-volume, recurring purchasing accounts. * Expand JRDW’s market presence throughout Texas. * Negotiate pricing, close deals, and drive significant revenue growth. * Develop and execute an aggressive new customer acquisition strategy.
