Dittmer \& Company is a growing, client\-focused CPA firm seeking an experienced tax professional to take on a key management and leadership role within our firm. We are looking for someone who is ready to move beyond preparing and reviewing tax returns and take an active role in managing staff, overseeing workflow, improving productivity, and helping lead the firm. Responsibilities * Manage, supervise, and mentor tax staff. * Assign and monitor work to ensure deadlines and production goals are met. * Oversee the tax workflow and identify and resolve bottlenecks. * Improve processes, efficiency, and staff productivity. * Review tax returns and provide guidance and training to staff. * Prepare and review individual and business tax returns. * Handle complex tax issues, planning, and client questions. * Develop strong client relationships and provide excellent service. * Work closely with firm leadership on staffing, workflow, and operational decisions.
