**MARKETING \& DONOR ENGAGEMENT MANAGER** *(Hybrid – Grand Rapids, MI)* Novi is seeking a creative, relational, and mission\-driven Marketing \& Donor Engagement Manager to help grow and connect our community of supporters. In this role, you will report directly to our USA operations director Jon Peerbolt to shape how our story is told through social media, email, and direct donor communication, while building meaningful relationships that fuel our work around the world.
